Mark has been great and the PEMF therapy worked so well.  I was dealing with a groin injury for over a year with minimal improvement through PT.  Went through about 5 PEMF treatments while doing my PT at home and now I'm close to 100%.  Definitely wish I knew about this earlier.

I started with Illinois Family Health not too long ago after doing quite a bit of research into alternative health-care while already three months into the worst Crohns flare up I have had. That flare up had me down 60 pounds, left me severely weak and unable to do much of anything I normally would. After getting on a plan and protocol of sorts with them; I was able to finally get through my flare up and have since began gaining weight for the first time in too long as I am currently bsck up 20 pounds in the last 5 weeks roughly. After serving ten years in the Marine Corps, I developed tinnitus and multiple back injuries. Following my treatment with Mark and PEMF therapy, my hearing has significantly improved. Remarkably, after only two treatments, my tinnitus has nearly fully recovered, eliminating the ringing sensation and enhancing my ability to hear music. I felt with tennis elbow and bicep tendinitis for a couple of years making it uncomfortable to do certain workouts. I had done some therapy for it but didn’t really see any improvement. I gave PEMF a try and saw immediate decrease in the pain and discomfort after one session. I was a bit skeptical when I visited with Mark to address two issues: (1) my knee soreness and swelling and (2) my aching rotator cuff. After six weeks of physical therapy with absolutely no relief, I was startled that after two 20 minute sessions with Mark, my knee and  shoulder were totally free from any soreness, swelling and pain. Where I was gingerly walking up the stairs, I am now running up and down. When I unintentionally roll over on my shoulder, I can roll right back without pressure.  When I play pickleball three times a week, I can play without constantly touching or rubbing my knee. I feel more active and flexible overall.  I will definitely continue with these treatments to keep inflammation down, and I highly recommend Mark, who is friendly and knowledgable.  The treatments are reasonably priced too! i have sciatica on my right side and i have done the steroids the anti inflammatory and the gabapentin  to block nerve pain. they all worked for me but with side effects, so i thought lets try an alternative  I researched and found this PEMF treatment from  Mark Haddad which at my 1st treatment I found relief from my pain at about 30% alternative with that said my husband has ALS and he is also trying pemf and has seen an improvement with his talking and his ability to swallow which really helps with ALS patients i recommend that any type of pain or an autoimmune patient should seek this alternative treatment with mark haddad @ the health court athletic club in hanover park park district. Mark is a Wonderful therapist! I was seeing him for my bad hip, in hopes of avoiding hip replacement. PEMF is Awesome & it helped but unfortunately took a turn for the worse, so I will be having surgery afterall. Four weeks ago I was in a snowmobile accident that had me in a walker for 2 weeks with my right leg from hip to ankle with multiple contusions. Once I started going to Illinois Family Health and Wellness Centers for PEMF I’ve seen a large improvement in my recovery with swelling drastically improving and gaining more movement in my leg. I’ve been diagnosed with ALS for just over one year (2024). Since I’ve been treated with PEMF therapy (Feb 2025), I’ve noticed great healing! My “right side” is what has been affected through ALS. Through PEMF I’m healing through my brain, spine, right calf and hands.  Also, I’m able to swallow without any issues! I’m very grateful and I know that PEMF is definitely helping me cure from ALS. Where should I begin....I have had long term covid for the past 3 years and haven't been able to taste or smell. I have tried all the gimmics to get it back, to no avail. One visit with Mark changed all that...I had my first treatment (6 on the first visit) and later that day, I actually tasted a pickle. Broke down crying as it was the first thing I have tasted in years. I also feel like I found the fountain of youth as I have more energy then I have had in years! I try to get my 10k steps in daily and find myself walking in circles around my house to achieve that around 10pm. That weekend, I hit my 10k steps by 2pm. Energy level went through the roof! I sprained my knee in a pickleball tournament and feared I'd be out for months. I did one session of PEMF with Mark at Hanover Park's Centre Court, after hearing a couple of other testimonials from player/friends. Being skeptical of the unknown I figured this was a perfect opportunity to test it out, and I did, and I can only say that I was blown away with how well it worked AND LASTED! I was back up and about 85-90% after one day, and it kept improving. Fast. I've also used it on my "tennis elbow" and it worked on that. Next, I did it on both feet (starting to get arthritic big toe joints) and, again, I'm blown away by the flexibility returning and the pain diminishing. Seriously, if you have any pain or inflammation, try this.  I live by Lamplight Equestrian Center and know a lady who uses this technology on horses all over the place BECAUSE IT WORKS.  I wish I had it for my old pets because I could have made them much more comfortable. Why isn't this more commonly known about? I was diagnosed with ALS. Lou Gehrigs disease. It took me a while to get the results but here they are. PEMF is in fact keeping me from getting the feeding tube.  I put 4lbs back on. I am also doing low to med impact workouts. Exacerbations have been minimal with work outs and bicycle riding.   look forward to walking test and PFT for a comparison. I feel my pulmonary function has leveled off and at times seems to have reversed as previous workouts before PEMF I would wear a breathing assist mask. Now I can get thru a workout without assist. Mark and his PEMF therapy have worked wonders for my lifelong back and hip pain (herniated disc). Injections, physical therapy, and any other treatment hasn’t worked as well as these therapies have. Doing anything at the moment to avoid a surgical fusion on my back, which is all the doctors recommended doing. After just four sessions of PEMF, Ive felt amazing relief. First I must say I am a complicated case with multiple issues. I have tried many different modalities to help neuropathy and other structural issues. Mark is the most positive, compassionate and caring individual I have encountered. I have only completed 4 sessions and I am eager to continue. After hearing about the benefits of PEMF, I was excited to try it when I was in town for a visit. I was experiencing pain in both my knees when I had my first appointment, however after just one session, the pain subsided substantially. Following the second session, the pain was completely gone and has not come back since. After both sessions, I immediately noticed I felt energized and my sleep improved as well. There is a lot I can say here. Mark is wonderful, passionate and informative. He explained how it works and all of the benefits. I have a herniated cervical disc. This has been a problem for 6 months. The pain ran from my neck and through my shoulder blade. The first session I could feel my muscles getting relief. The second session, I have no pain! For reference, I have been consistently in physical therapy, doing dry needling and massages. Did they help? Yes. But I was still in pain and uncomfortable. They also come with a high price financially. With PEMF, it was affordable and solved the issue. I only wish I would have found it sooner! When I traveled back up to IL for a few days I wanted to try PEMF after hearing so much about it. I am so glad I did! I did 2 treatments and I have not had any lower back pain since. Even after a 15 hour drive back home and then the next day walking over 8 miles up and down steep hills still no pain!! Mark is amazing and has so much knowledge! I’m supposed to have hip replacement surgery on April 3. After only 2 sessions of PEMF with Mark, I can walk without limping & my pain is tolerable, not gone YET, but I can stand it! I am going to continue therapy the whole month of March, 2-3 times a week, & hopefully I will be able to cancel the surgery! This is the Real Deal with no pills, shots, or surgery as medical DRs only want to do! I would urge anyone who is looking for pain management in an entirely different way to try this Awesome therapy! IT WORKS!! I Totally believe God sent Mark to me at this point in my life! I feel a message is being sent that I’m not supposed to be going under anesthesia with surgery! I'm VERY intrigued and encouraged.  Short version of a long story.  Diagnosed YEARS AGO with a pre-cancer issue on face.  Multiple topical chemo treatments and more recently PDT (photodynamic therapy) in lieu of more topical chemo.   8 months after 2nd PDT treatment, the spot is the most noticable it's ever been.  Derm PA recommends another PDT treatment or cryo. Decided to have doc freeze the spot.   Saw him last week.  He sees absolutely nothing.  NOTHING.    The ONLY thing I've been doing differently in the past 11 weeks is waging war on my entire body with PEMF multiple times per week and Illinois Family Health and Wellness' proprietary CBD topical balm. I was skeptical when my Trainer recommended PEMF therapy for my severe sciatica .  After trying everything else and barely being able to climb stairs,  I finally gave in and saw Mark. What happened next amazed me-just one hour-long session, and by the next morning, I felt 100 times better! Since then, I’ve successfully used PEMF for headaches, stress, and gut health. So let me start off by saying, I am a big skeptic in many different facets of life. But when it comes to PEMF therapy I simply have to recognize, because I've experienced it first hand, I have a Torn rotator cuff & I work as a Maintenance Tech, this injury occured in October 24' since then in order to lift my right arm with a drill in hand completely up, sky ward I had to grab my right wrist with my left hand & help it up & couldnt just let it drop had to help it down as well, after 3,10 minute sessions, in the parking lot talking with my friend that brought me there, I said  (as I was lifting my right arm) " I wonder how long it will take for me to notice a difference if any" and sure enough right then I was able to completely lift & lower my right arm with no assistance!!! I had to walk back in and hug and let Mark know, its just Unbelievable Unbelievable Unbelievable!!! Now I cant say my torn rotator cuff is healed and 100% because it still aches, but to be able to have instant motion in my arm is incredible, everyones different & I'm pretty sure this isnt intended for instant relief,  so I can only speak on my experience and for me? First time I tried 10 min of PEMF I experienced   energy running through my body.., the same afternoon I asked Mark if I can come back  for more  sessions. Since then my general health improved, to list a  few …,  my sleep improved , joints pain fainted away, mental clarity and energy came back.Since then my husband has joined me and we visiting Mark twice a week for now. This may be long but a must share! As an fairly active 57 year old workout enthusiast Recently ran into a buddy who mentioned he was doing a weekly pickle ball tournament with a bunch of high school classmates..I mentioned as soon as I get my knee surgery I’m in.. I asked where you playing he said the Hanover park community park district health center.. He mentioned he works out there and the facility was perfect for him close to home and top notch.. As a member of lifetime fitness I wanted to check it out.. Stopped in and was absolutely surprised at the place ,weight room, machines, pretty much everything the bigger facilities have and spotless! As I was leaving I asked what this wellness center was for where I was introduced to Mark Haddad .. We struck up a conversation and he clearly noticed my limp and asked what you got going,I explained I need some new suspension he looked at me and said what? I laughed and said I need knee surgery and replacement ..He went on about what they do there with injuries and such and would I be interested in a session.. I let him tell me about PEMF and what it actually does I could tell this man was as excited to get me to sit and listen as I was kinda blown away by what this actually does… The price was a non issue 10 bucks yep I said 10 bucks!! I sat as he got me all hooked up and listened to a guy that I could sit with anywhere and struck up a conversation about anything! Super knowledgeable and just a good guy. I went in with knee replacement the only recommendation to ease me of the pain I’ve been in for 7 months.. It’s been 2 days of absolutely NO PAIN! I suffered for 7 months was told the only thing that would help was surgery .. I don’t know who will see this and I know this is quite long but words can’t explain what the last 2 days of my life have been like with absolutely no pain!! I had an amazing experience with my very first visit to Mark. I had broken my kneecap twice in six months about two years ago and was unable to bend to a 90 degree angle. After one treatment, my knee was bending like it hasn’t in years and my flexibility greatly improved! I will definitely go back and have shared Mark’s card with others in my life that would definitely benefit from this experience in areas where nothing else has worked. A nagging hamstring injury flared up a few weeks before my triathlon.  I scheduled a couple of sessions of PEMF treatments with Mark and it really helped reduce my discomfort. I went to see Mark for a treatment on bursitis in my elbow. After one treatment, I can feel my elbow is already healing! I would highly recommend Mark for treatment on any pain issues on the body! Mark is very knowledgeable on what functions his machine can do! This is the first time I’ve used magnetic therapy and I will be back for more treatment as soon as I can! I got referred to IFWHC by a good friend. He told me the treatments were nothing short of miraculous. He was right!  After only one treatment my two shoulders have greater range of motion and less pain. My feet are also feeling different from only one treatment. I play Pickleball five days a week and I’m 78 years old my right knee was starting to bother me. As I was walking out I saw. Health and wellness set up there so I decided to try it. I was very shocked because one treatment made so much difference. I walked out of there without the knee wrap on. I did a second one about three days later and I haven’t had a problem since. This past Thursday I fell playing pickleball and went down hard. Mark (IFHWC) was onsite when it happened. A few of the folks I was playing with have had success from Mark’s therapy so I decided to try it right after my fall. He spent a lot of time with me and when he finished, I was able to get up and hobble home. That night, I couldn’t believe how good it felt, not nearly as much swelling and 2 days later, I was up and walking without much pain. I still have swelling and some soreness but it’s minimal.  I think the key was to do this therapy immediately after the injury. What a great idea to have Mark and his therapy on-sight at centre court. I am so grateful for Illinois Family Heath & Wellness Centers for providing me with PEMF treatments.  I suffered an injury when I tripped and landed hard on my right side as my right shoulder took the brunt of the impact.  It was so bad I couldn't raise my arm on my own.  I immediately scheduled a PEMF session the day after the injury took place.  The following day I found out that I ended up having a strained bicep and anterior deltoid.  After 2 weeks of rest and treatments such as PEMF, laser, ultrasound, and anti inflammatory protocols, I was back to 85% and I could raise my arm and begin easing back into my activities again. I have no doubt that because I was able to get my PEMF treatment immediately after my injury, I was able to recover and heal much faster than if I hadn't. I have had chronic pain and inflammation in my knee for quite some time and after a couple of pemf treatments with Mark at Center Court I experienced a 60% reduction in my symptoms.
